Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, destination charges, and delivery estimates depend on the destination, product classification, dimensions, and selected Incoterm.

Inspect packages promptly and retain packaging, labels, photographs, and delivery records. Report visible damage or discrepancies within the period stated in the quotation.

Returns require prior written authorisation. Installed, used, electrical, programmed, special-order, or vehicle-specific parts may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Return review requires the supplied vehicle identifiers, installer findings, part labels, and relevant diagnostic information. Approved refunds or replacements follow the commercial terms agreed for the order.
